How can entrepreneurs and citizens permanently resolve their disputes before the International Court of Arbitration?

How can entrepreneurs and citizens finally resolve their disputes before the International Court of Arbitration?

The answer is simple: it is enough to lay the groundwork for effective dispute resolution in advance. One of the proven solutions is to apply to the International Court of Arbitration in affiliation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (ICA CCI KR), which for 23 years of work has proven itself as a reliable platform for dispute resolution.

As of 1 January 2025, ICA CCI KR has considered 1683 cases involving both individuals and legal entities from all regions of Kyrgyzstan, as well as 108 foreign citizens and entrepreneurs from 23 countries in the world.

The list of ICA CCI arbitrators includes 405 qualified lawyers and specialists from 34 countries, including 164 lawyers and specialists from Kyrgyzstan. Due to this, ICA CCI KR has unique experience in considering disputes not only under local laws, but also under the laws of foreign countries, in foreign languages, taking into account their substantive and procedural law.

To capitalise on these advantages, all you need to do is to include an arbitration clause in your contract. This simple action will allow any disputes arising from contractual or other civil legal relations to be referred to the ICA CCI KR. The judgement of the court will be final, issued in the shortest possible time and with minimal costs.
